William Lu, a 2018 Data Science for Social Good (DSSG) Fellow and UBC Computer Science student, recently presented his work on his DSSG project at the AMIA 2020 Informatics Summit. His project "Use of Machine Learning Techniques to Classify Laboratory Test Results" was conducted in collaboration with the BC Centre for Disease Control (BCCDC) and involved contributions from other DSSG fellows like Sizhe Chen, Kenny Chiu, Nilgoon Zarei, UBC Profressor Raymond Ng, and other collaborators from BCCDC and PHSA.
