Congratulations to 2024 DSSG Fellows!

Today marks the end of the 2024 Data Science for Social Good (DSSG) Program. We want to extend our heartfelt congratulations to the DSSG fellows for their dedication, hard work, and enthusiasm throughout the summer.

We also express our gratitude to our partner organizations, the Investigative Journalism Foundation and Rural eMentoring BC, for their invaluable contributions to the program.

A special thank you goes to the UBC Faculty of Science and CIFAR for their continued financial support, as well as the UBC Career Centre for their Work Learn International Undergraduate Research Award. In addition, we would like to thank the Applied Statistics and Data Science Group in the Department of Statistics for providing training and technical support to the DSSG fellows.
